    Do I have to give up my Current Fitness Program to join Boosters?

    The optimal space required is 10ft x 10ft (a small room), but there are also some walking drills that are best done outside on the sidewalk, walking path, or a track.

    What equipment does it require?

    This Booster Program does not require equipment, only your body-weight and a sturdy chair or countertop.

    However, many of the exercise videos include one of my favorite exercise tools: A pair of Parkinson’s Poles, which are the perfect tool for building balance, stamina, arm swing, coordination, and strength. We’ll show you how to make your own for less than $15, so don’t worry about expensive additional costs.

    How Tech-Savvy do I Have to Be?

    Can I Still do this Program while Traveling?

    Absolutely! The Booster Program is designed to be as mobile as you are.

    Since the weekly exercise videos require internet access, the only requirement is a strong Wi-Fi connection. The videos will stream on your phone’s mobile data, however this is not strongly recommended as video playback can be delayed and spotty. Not to mention it will likely use up a lot of your phone plan’s data!
